We want to say THANK YOU to you, our fabulous guests for supporting us throughout the year by giving away some great prizes over 12 days. Enter every day to win, even if you have won a prize. Plus, all names that are submitted will be eligible to win the grand prize, which is a 1 oz solid gold coin, so be sure to follow our Serious Coffee Facebook page to enter, starting December 11, 2017. By entering the giveaway, you are confirming that you have read the Details, Rules, and Regulations and agree to the terms stated in them.

DETAILS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS

Between December 11 and December 22, 2017, Serious Coffee will be giving away a different prize every day and the GRAND PRIZE is a 1 oz SOLID GOLD COIN! Carefully, read the information provided below to ensure that your entry is eligible to win and that you are able to collect your prize, should you win.

DETAILS

Starting December 11, 2017, through to and including December 22, 2017, Serious Coffee will draw from 1 to 12 winners every day, depending on the day with details provided below.

HOW TO ENTER

Every day, from December 11 up to and including December 22, 2017, Serious Coffee will post a new image on our Facebook page that features that day's prize.

To be eligible to win, you must...

• be 18 years or older,
• "Like" each day's image,
• write a short "Comment" about why you would like or want to win the prize.

NOTE: Entries do not carry over to the following day. You must "Like" and "Comment" on each day's prize to be eligible to win a prize every day! Failure to follow these two steps will result in your name not being entered into the draw.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Every day, between December 11 and December 22, 2017, Serious Coffee will choose each day's winners by random draw. The names of each day's winners will be posted the day after the draw on Serious Coffee's Facebook page and website.

The GRAND PRIZE winner's name will be posted on Serious Coffee's Facebook page on December 23, 2017, sometime before 11:59 pm (PST), so be sure to check back. The GRAND PRIZE winner's name will be posted on Serious Coffee's website no later than January 5, 2018.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The names of the winners of each day's prizes will be listed the following day on Serious Coffee's Facebook page and website. (i.e.: The winners of December 11's prizes will have their names posted by December 12 on Serious Coffee's Facebook page and website.) The only exception is for the GRAND PRIZE draw, where the winner's name will be posted on Serious Coffee's Facebook page on December 23, 2017; however, the winner's name will be posted on Serious Coffee's website sometime between December 23, 2017 and January 5, 2018.

Serious Coffee will not contact the winners by any means other than to list the winners' names each day on Serious Coffee's Facebook page and website. The winners' names will remain posted on Serious Coffee's Facebook page and website until February 2, 2018.

*It is up to the winner to follow the instructions provided below in order to claim their prize.*

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

• Prizes must be claimed by email no later than January 31, 2018
• Prizes are claimed by emailing social@seriouscoffee.com
• In your email's Subject line put "12 Days of Xmas Winner"
• In the body of the email include the following information;
  • your First and Last Names
  • your year of birth
  • the name of the prize you have won
  • and the name or location of the Serious Coffee café from which you wish to pick-up your prize.

Providing the café's name tells us where to ship your prize. All prizes must be picked up from the café specified in your email. Prizes will be delivered to the specified café and be addressed to the winner. The winner will be sent an email notification that includes when the prize will be available for pick-up at the selected café.

Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for another prize or item within the café.

Serious Coffee does not accept any responsibility if the prize becomes damaged, lost or stolen once in the possession of the winner. Prizes may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

CONSENT, USE OF WINNERS' NAMES, DISCLAIMER

By entering Serious Coffee's "12 Days of Christmas 2017 Giveaway" you are giving Serious Coffee permission to post your name on Serious Coffee's website, Facebook page, and any other form of social media controlled by Serious Coffee, in radio ads, printed materials, and any other form of advertising and marketing.

You also agree that Serious Coffee assumes no liability and takes no responsibility for any use of your name whatsoever, and you further agree to indemnify Serious Coffee against any losses or liabilities which may occur after making your name public due to your entry in the "12 Days of Christmas 2017 Giveaway". Serious Coffee is also known as San Juan Coffee Roasting Company Ltd. and any disclaimers, requirements, and regulations previously stated in this document apply to San Juan Coffee Roasting Company Ltd DBA Serious, and any other companies, cafés, or suppliers associated with this contest.
