 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2015 CONTEST 

Please carefully read all the information provided below to ensure that you do not miss out on your opportunity to win and claim your prize.

Between December 12 and December 23, 2015, Serious Coffee will be giving away a different prize every day. The GRAND PRIZE is coffee beans for a year and you choose the roast - so try them all!

Starting December 12, 2015 through to and including December 23, 2015, Serious Coffee will draw between 1 - 12 winners every day with details provided below.

December 19	5 people	1 JoeToGo Drip Coffee Package (includes: 96 oz drip coffee, 12 - 8oz To-Go cups, 6 sweetener packs, 16 sugar packets, 12 stir sticks, 24 creamer servings or 12oz of milk)
December 20	4 people	1 - $50 Serious Coffee Card (no cash value, no expiration date, use at any Serious Coffee café)
December 21	3 people	1 - 5 lbs (2270g) bag of Coffee Beans (winner may choose any roast)
December 22	2 people	1 - $100 Serious Coffee Card (no cash value, no expiration date, use at any Serious Coffee café)
December 23	1 person	GRAND PRIZE: 1 - 270 g (regular roast) or 250 g (decaf roast) bag of coffee beans (winner chooses roast and may change the type of roast with every pick-up), that is picked up once a week for the 52 weeks in 2016 from the café of their choice.

 HOW TO ENTER

Every day, from December 12 up to and including December 23, 2015, Serious Coffee will post a new image on our Facebook page that features that day's prize.

To be eligible to win, you must...

be 18 years old or older,
'Like' each day's image,
'Comment' about why you would like to win that day's prize.

NOTE: Entries do not carry over to the following day. You must 'Like' and 'Comment' on each day's prize. You can win a prize every day just by following these simple steps!

 SELECTION OF WINNERS

Every day, between December 12 and December 23, 2015, Serious Coffee will choose each day's winners by random draw. The following day the previous day's winners' names will be posted on our Facebook page and website. The grand prize winner's name will be posted on December 24 sometime before 11:59 pm (PST), so be sure to check back.

 NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The names of the winners of the previous day's prizes will be listed on the next day's Facebook page and website. (i.e.: The winners of December 12's prizes will have their names posted on December 13th on both our Facebook page and website.)

Serious Coffee will not contact the winners other than to list their names each day on Facebook and on our website and the winner's names will remain posted until February 1, 2016. It is up to the winner to follow the instructions provided below in order to claim their prize.

 CLAIMING OF PRIZES

Prizes must be claimed by January 30, 2016 and are claimed by emailing social@seriouscoffee.com.
In your email's subject line put "12 Days of Xmas Winner".
In the body of the email please include the following;
- your first and last names,
- your daytime phone number,
- your year of birth,
- the name of the prize you've won,
- and the name or location of the Serious Coffee café you most often frequent.

By providing the café's name we know where to ship your prize. All prizes must be picked up from the café specified in your email. Prizes will be delivered to the specified café and be addressed to the winner with the winner emailed specifics pertaining to the date when the prize will be available for pick-up.

Within 3 business days of Serious Coffee receiving your email notifying us of your win, you will be emailed information that includes the date that your prize will be available for pick-up at your chosen café.

Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, have no cash value and may not be exchanged for another prize or item within the café. Serious Coffee does not accept any responsibility if the prize becomes damaged, lost or stolen once in the possession of the winner. Prizes may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

 CONSENT, USE OF WINNERS' NAMES, DISCLAIMER

By entering Serious Coffee's 12 Days of Christmas 2015 Contest you are giving Serious Coffee permission to post your name on Serious Coffee's website, Facebook and Twitter pages and any other form of social media controlled by Serious Coffee, in radio ads and any other form of advertising and marketing. You also agree that Serious Coffee assumes no liability and takes no responsibility for any use of your name whatsoever and you further agree to indemnify Serious Coffee against any losses and liabilities which may occur after making your name public due to your entry in the 12 days of Christmas 2015 Contest. Serious Coffee is also known as San Juan Coffee Roasting Company Ltd. and all disclaimers, requirements and regulations previously stated in this document apply to San Juan Coffee Roasting Company Ltd DBA Serious Coffee, all companies associated with and suppliers of San Juan Coffee Roasting Company Ltd DBA Serious Coffee.

This promotion does not have a connection with Facebook in any way and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by you is not Facebook, but Serious Coffee.

Serious Coffee will not contact you except if you win a prize. You will be contacted to tell you how to claim your prize. Your personal information is intended for processing purposes only and will not be shared with any outside party.
